Blood Test, Parasites, My Diet Menu

At the beginning of this week I went to see my naturopathic doctor again. I got my blood tested again. The last time it was tested was April 30th.

After going in in April I was put on a stringent diet of which I did well with until I fell off the wagon for my vacation and move during the summer. While I didn’t follow it strictly, I did follow the diet about 80% of the time and it did pay off a little.

While my blood is better, it is still not “good”. We saw things that were not there before. She explained that I stripped layers of toxins and after they left, we see things that were not visible before.

Once again, healthy red blood cells are uniform in size and shape. They hover in their own space, not overlapping or sticking together, but gently bounce off each other. The white blood cells have irregular shapes and most of the time active and moving. After looking at the blood she then grades the blood on a scale of 1-5.

I was excited to see my blood was moving, slowly, but moving, which is better than the last time I was tested. Some concerning things were:

Lemon shaped blood cells (RBC Protein linkage)
Causes could be: altered PH, stress, soda, hormonal imbalances, toxicity, pancreatic function, and more
Signs: fatigue, blood sugar fluctuations, poor circulation

Honeycomb clusters (RBC aggregated or blood sludge)
Causes could be: altered PH, long term stress and poor diet, meat, heavy metals….
Signs: extreme stress on the heart and poor circulation, degenerative health…

Oval shaped cells (ovalocytes)
Causes could be: lack of b-12 and folic acid, b vitamins, endocrine or hormonal imbalance.
Signs: Depression, fatigue, dizziness, PMS

Bottle cap shaped cells (polkilocytes)
Cause: low good fat (EFA’s), poor digestion of fat, food additives, sodas, nitrates,, fried foods, environmental toxins…
Signs: poor circulation, low energy, premature aging

Some blood cells had spikes around the border.
The cause of these are free radicals, toxins, poor diet, liver or spleen stress, etc.
The signs of these are: poor circulation, low energy, etc.

I still have a LOT of Ghost cells
These are the red blood cells that are fading away and dying. They are like shadows or ghosts. The cause is oxidative stress or parasites.

I still have a lot of white blood cells indicating infection.
It’s cause could also be: sugar, or other immuno-suppressive substances, altered pH, low in vit. C (which I am), zinc and other minerals, digestive weakness, etc.
The signs are: Frequent colds/flu, fatigue, or allergies.

We were able to see yeast and fungus in so many forms in my blood. Much of it has mutated and become so small and aggressive that it looked like paper almost.

She also saw these strange long string like things, which she said was metabolic waste in my blood.

What can be done next? Well, I’m still on the natural hormones, and adrenal supplement. But, she put me on a strong parasite cleanse. I have been a strong advocate for the colon cleanse…this is the next step. I take it 3 days on, 3 days off. The three days on this cleanse I was ill…the first day being the worst. I am on the 3 days off and am still sick and my itching/hives/rashes have hit full force. I’m having flashbacks to two years ago when the hives reached their peaks. After dealing with being sick for 5 days, I did some research and found that being sick can be a side effect.

“During the healing process, you may experience some discomfort and you may feel like you are catching something. In extreme cases of toxicity, you may actually feel quite ill. However, rest assured that it is your body’s way of cleansing – getting rid of these toxins once and for all. During your cleansing, if you feel sick, chances are it is from toxins, bacteria and viruses that are being released into your body from your fatty deposits.”

(The Natural Path)

I’m also on a homeopathic formula that is supposed to help clean up the biological terrain.

Because I’m still itching and dealing with hives, she took me off tomatoes and peppers too. She said these are foods to avoid when dealing with inflammation of any kind.

My snacks are mostly:

*celery with peanut butterVirgil's cream soda
*brown rice cakes with peanut butter
*nuts/seeds
*herbal tea
*Rainbow drink with almond milk
*Virgil’s Diet Cream Soda when I’m feeling rebellious (even though it is made with stevia and xylitol I can have one or the other but not both together)

Breakfast:
I hate, but I have been chastised again about that.

Pea protein shakes with almond milk
fried eggs
Rainbow drink with almond milk

Lunch:
Tomato, goat cheese, garbanzo bean salad
Chicken salad with olive oil, lemon juice (freshly squeezed), goat cheese and dried oregano
Brown rice and refried beans with taco toppings
Left over homemade soups or beans
Gluten free pasta (previously with tomato based sauce, but I have to find an alternative now)
Salmon and salad

Dinners:
Beans of all kinds
Split pea soup
Chicken soups
Gluten free pastas
Fish
Brown rice with Oriental Tuna topping (My daughter Chrisy’s specialty)
Salads of all kinds
Vegetable dishes galore (we battered zucchini in buckwheat and fried it up- yum!)

Anyway, now to help motive the family to clean up before bedtime….
